Guest Relations Supervisor
The Role:
The Guest Relations Supervisor at
Domes Resorts is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experience by
overseeing the guest relations team and managing guest interactions. This role
involves enhancing guest satisfaction through personalized service, addressing
concerns, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have
strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for
hospitality.
Some of the responsibilities:
- Guest
Experience Management
- Develop and implement strategies
to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address and resolve guest
inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Monitor guest interactions and
ensure that all staff members provide a personalized service.
- Team
Member Management
- Train, supervise, and mentor
guest relations team members.
- Conduct regular performance
evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive work
environment that encourages teamwork and high standards of service.
- Communication
and Coordination
- Liaise with other departments
(housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, etc.) to ensure guest requests
are fulfilled promptly.
- Communicate guest preferences
and special requests to relevant departments to enhance the guest experience.
- Prepare reports on guest
satisfaction and departmental performance for management review.
- Upsell room upgrades and
additional services to maximize revenue.
- Promote Hotel Facilities such as
restaurants, bars, spa etc.
- Administrative
Duties
- Maintain accurate records of
guest interactions, preferences, and feedback in the hotel management system.
- Assist in the development and
implementation of guest service policies and procedures.
