Randstad Hellas is seeking to employ an Electrical Engineer, on behalf of our client, a multinational company, leader in its sector (heavy industry), for Drama. Do you have proven work experience in electrical systems by executing inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to ensure that products adhere to company standards?
As a Technical Quality Engineer your main responsibilities are:
- Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards
- Coordinate and supervise quality inspections for incoming-, inline- and outgoing-control.
- Perform detailed and recorded inspections of final products so to meet industry and company standards
- Identify the root of technical issues and malfunctions, prepare reports and recommend fixes
- Eliminate products that do not meet the company and customer standards and find the causes of non-conformances
- Manage customer concerns and corrective action processes
- Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements.
- Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures regarding our product portfolio.
- Assess the effectiveness of changes made.
- Ensure compliance to the applied standards for Quality Management (QMS).
- Liaise with the external assessment body on all matters related to the external accreditation process (ISO, VDE, UL) and make sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards
- Devise and establish all company's quality procedures, standards and specifications
- Review customer requirements and make sure they are met
- Collaborate with supply chain management to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
- Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
- Liaise with other managers and staff and provide training, tools and techniques to enable the company personnel to achieve quality standards
- Train and manage a team of quality control inspectors and technicians.
