Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a well-known Sports Media company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Administrative Assistant

Job Description
• Handles incoming calls, e-mails and other communications
• Greets clients and visitors
• Fills paperwork and maintains documents
• Organizes and maintains office common areas
• Manages travel arrangements (accommodation, tickets, etc)
• Manages office supplies
• Coordinates events as necessary
• Visits local embassies for visa issuance
• Creates and enters data in company’s database
• Provides support to the accounting department


Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidate Profile
• University Degree
• At least one (1) year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the travelling industry
• Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)
• PC literate (MS Office)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to multitask and problem-solving skills
