Administration Officer (Part-time)
Job Description
• Reviews contracts with customers and communicates with field team’s representative in case of missing information or clarifications.
• Enters contracts and customer data information in company’s database application
• Creates necessary copies and sends all relevant documents to finance accounting departments for processing
• Sends signed documents
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
• Relevant experience is preferable
• University Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar Business field
• Good knowledge of English language (both oral and written)
• Good knowledge of MS-Office applications
• Communication and interpersonal skills
