Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of hotel software operation
- Degree in hospitality/tourism
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Windows, Outlook
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented
- Leadership qualities, cooperative, and patient
- Organized, courteous, helpful, and personable
- Hardworking, responsible, and resilient
- Ability to handle guest complaints effectively, aiming for the best outcome
