English Speaking Telesales Team Leader

Job Description:

• Supervises the telesales team and assists junior staff
• Facilitates direct sales by instructing team members and training junior Telesales staff
• Writes sales scripts and customer answer sheets
• Implements sales strategies
• Coaches team members on the best ways to carry out their duties, by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills
• Monitors the performance of the sales team and ensures that customers are treated cordially and are held in high esteem
• Sets weekly and monthly sales targets and reports team’s performance to
• management
• Handles escalated customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Compiles and presents sales reports, while ensuring proper documentation in the information system in due time

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in Telesales sector
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Excellent command of the English language (native or C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOLcertificate would be a plus)
• Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification would be considered a plus
• Strong managerial and sales skills
• Ability to multitask
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
