ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of Olympic Brewery, leader in the Food and Beverage Industry, is looking for a driven professional for the position of the Production Finance Controller, based in Sindos Thessaloniki.
Production Finance Controller (Ref: 5495/PFC/ESS/GR)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for gathering and analyzing financial data to generate reports and statements for the Production department, while effectively managing stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of Month End Close, as well as preparation of estimates and budgets for the Production department.
- Support efforts to simplify, structure, and enhance transparency in reporting, aiming to improve efficiency.
- Oversee transparency and tracking of savings from Production initiatives and monitor overall Production cost trends.
- Actively contribute to the development of strategies for the local Production department.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide input for the latest estimates in the Production department.
- Ensure thoroughness and structure in developing business cases and evaluating investments.
- Offer support for Group and local initiatives, including data analysis, ad-hoc reporting, and scenario development.
- Conduct accurate variance analysis and identify Risks & Opportunities.
- Ensure proper utilization of ERP and other reporting systems within the department.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, particularly with the Production department and FP&A team, as well as with local and regional management.
