Sales Training Specialist

Randstad is looking for a Sales Training Specialist on behalf of ZeniΘ, the 1st provider of integrated energy in Greece, with natural gas and electricity!

As a Sales Training Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Evaluate training needs and identify performance gaps of sales employees (stores & call center agents) & external partners
• Decide on strategy and implementation of Sales Training and Product Training programs, to improve sales soft skills and product knowledge
• Design and conduct quality sales training programs, to meet sales targets
• Design & deliver unparalleled training programs to educate the company’s Partners on products & sales skills
• Deliver/facilitate compelling induction training to all new sales staff members
• Decide on the redesign of induction material and on the production of comprehensive sales enablement material (training handbooks, playbooks, presentations)
• Deliver compelling training on areas like a sales funnel, elevator pitch, cold calling best practices, email scripts, presentation skills, handling objections, negotiations, closing a deal, customer success/upselling / cross-selling techniques, product training, as well as onboarding training
• Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
• Develop sales training activities like role plays, discussions, and different exercises to strengthen the team’s skills
• Create an open-communication climate and gather team members’ preferences for potential training
• Coordinate with the sales team and collect feedback regarding training programs
• Design onboarding sessions for new hires and sales trainees.
• Stay up-to-date with employee sales development trends
• Report on the impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)

For the Sales Training Specialist role, you must possess the following:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in business Administration or a related field
• Additional certification in training is a plus
• Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques
• In-depth understanding of the training and sales best practices
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language, both oral and written
• Computer literate (MS Office, Internet)
• Familiarity with CRM tools
