As a Motor Claims CS Handler, your responsibilities include:

• Support claimants and provide informed and prompt customer service, ensuring a high level of

  customer satisfaction

• Handle inbound claimant inquiries, requests and complaints, provide initial guidance and

  support, and report and file damage claims via phone

• Schedule Experts’ visits to repair shops for damage evaluation
•  Receive, distribute and organize incoming mail
• Create and report new claims folders, and provide relevant files to respective colleague for

  documents digitization

• Record keeping, based on applicable laws and company policies
• Information documentation and management through Automatic Payment System
• Monitoring of Experts fees and relevant payments by the Accounting department

The ideal candidate for the Motor Claims CS Handler, should have:

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar field
•  Proven experience in a similar role in the Insurance Sector is an asset
• Excellent knowledge of english (spoken & written)
• Proficiency in MS-Office
• Excellent communication skills
