Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
during the night shift, ensuring smooth service.
Audit & Reporting: Reconcile daily financial transactions, prepare night
audit reports, and ensure accurate posting of all accounts.
Guest Support: Respond to guest requests and issues promptly, maintaining high service
standards.
Safety & Security: Monitor hotel premises during night hours, ensuring
the safety of guests and employees.
Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments for room status updates, special requests,
and any overnight operational needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in front office, accounting, or auditing in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, responsibly, and overnight shifts.
