About the Role:
As a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team, you’ll assist in food preparation, maintain hygiene standards, and support senior chefs in delivering high-quality dishes. Ideal for a passionate team player eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Under the guidance of senior kitchen staff, the Cook C’ ensures preparation tasks are completed accurately, hygiene standards are met, and service runs smoothly during busy periods.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Follow recipes and portion controls accurately
- Support senior chefs during service
- Store ingredients properly and manage stock rotation
