     Back Office Assistant

Job Description

• Check transformation from picture to numbers is working properly

• Amend products and facings

• Validate each panoramic picture (scene or outlet)

• Invalidate the entire validity if BD didn’t follow procedure for photo taking 

 (wrong picture, picture of picture and partial coverage of shelf scene type)

• Review automatically answered RED Questions

• Collaborates with Sales team to improve the quality of pictures taken 

Candidate Profile

• Some experience in a similar position will be appreciated

• University / College degree in Business Administration, IS or similar

• Fluent in English

• IT literacy (MS-Office applications)

• Communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

•Friendly and challenging working environment
