Astra Suites is hiring for the Summer Season 2024: Front Desk Agent.
The Front Desk employee is responsible for the daily operation of the Front Office Department. This includes resolving guest issues & liaising with other departments
Job Requirements
- Three years min. experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of OPERA-FIDELIO PMS
- Ensure exceptional guest service, aiming to the highest guest satisfaction
- Customer-oriented approach & complaints handling in a level-headed manner
- Demonstrating a pleasant & positive professional image to both guests & the rest of the team
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Organizational & time management skills. Flexibility & Adaptability
- Ability to comprehend & communicate in English fluently. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered an asset
