Anax resort and spa, the 5* hotel of the hotel group Resorts of Mykonos, is seeking for a passionate and professional Spa Therapist for the season 2024.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with professional and positive attitude
- Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, nails), according to the hotel’s standards
- Maintain hygiene standards and ensure cleanliness of massage rooms and equipment
- Manage and keep the rooms stocked
- Provide high level of guest service
- Acknowledging and responding to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
- Suggest and promote retail products and additional services, based on client’s needs
- Cooperate and report to the Spa Manager on any arising issues
- Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends
