customer service advisor who knows exactly how to serve the clients’ needs and keep their satisfaction levels high!
The ideal Candidate should:
- Retain a high level of customer service to clients at all times.
- Respond and serve consumer inquiries/questions raised via inbound calls and mail for customers to resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database.
- Be able to offer recommendations to common problems.
