Project Associate

We are seeking a dynamic Project Associate on behalf of our client, a growing and well-established company operating in the technical and architectural sector. For the role of Project Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Managing small and medium-scale projects.
• Contributing to the management and completion of large projects under the guidance of the Senior Account Executive.
• Taking measurements, estimating quantities, and preparing quotations.
• Preparing, sending, and tracking orders to partner factories locally and abroad.
• Preparing project tracking sheets.
• Updating the CRM system.
• Reporting daily on project progress to the Senior Account Executive.
• Collaborating with other departments for sales-related tasks.
• Supporting all general tasks of the sales department. 

For the role of Project Associate, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree (TEI/AEI) in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or Materials Technology.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar position
• Basic knowledge of Project Management and AutoCAD.
• Good command of the English language.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
