This role offers the opportunity to deepen your experience in Investor Leasing & Landlord Advisory, working alongside experienced professionals on complex and high-impact assignments.
The opportunity:
Reporting to the Head of Investor Leasing & Landlord Advisory, you will support senior professionals on investor and landlord mandates across the main commercial property sectors, contributing to analytical, transactional and coordination workstreams. ---
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Leasing & Landlord Advisory
- Conduct rental market analysis, incentive research, and availability assessments.
- Prepare comparables, briefing documents and progress reports.
- Support the analysis of all available lease and tenancy data to inform tenant-mix, repositioning and asset performance reviews.Prepare marketing material, leasing packs and property presentations.
- Maintain accurate listings, databases, and property information.
- Support senior team members throughout the leasing lifecycle from instruction through negotiation to completion.
- Organize and attend property searches, inspections, and coordinate the related data collection.
- Collate and coordinate legal, technical and administrative documentation provided by the parties and their advisors.
- Maintain internal tracking systems and reporting tools.
- Assist senior colleagues in meetings, presentations, and negotiation preparation.
- While not responsible for leading business development, you are expected to stay informed about market activity, client needs, and emerging opportunities, and to share potential leads or new project opportunities with senior colleagues to support the company’s growth and client development efforts.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Postgraduate studies (Real Estate, Finance, Economics, STEM) would be an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluent Greek (native or C2) and excellent written and spoken English (C1+).
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality work free of errors.
