What are our expectations?
The Sales Associate is one of the most important assets for Panaidis Eyewear Boutique, generating sales and profits for the company. The position requires a diversified mix of skills and capabilities, as well as great dedication. The role of the Sales Associate is to escort the customer through the sales ritual while exhibiting impeccable professionalism and knowledge of all products. He / She shall also be a team player who develops solid working relations with coworkers.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Welcome the clients, showing an active role on the sales floor
- Listen to and identify the clients needs, ensuring each customer receives an excellent and professional service
- Support clients throughout the customer journey by replying to their objections and understanding what suits their wishes best
- Assist with regular stock level checks, take active role in inventory
- Gather feedback from customers and communicate it to the Management
- Carry out all tasks assigned by the Store Manager (everyday boutique cleaning, cash check, emails and rest desk activities)
- Keep a constant eye on product display, coordinating actions with the Management
Must have
- Fluency in Greek and English. A third language will be considered an advantage
- Sales background: at least three years of experience in the direct sales to clients, preferably in a luxury Company
