Team Supervisor

• Act as a role model and inspire the team, by embodying the culture and values of the brand.
• Support the general store management through task and objectives assignment to the team.
• Drive sales initiatives and strategies to achieve the sales targets, monitoring performance metrics and implementing action plans to optimize results.
• Act as a reference point for the clients during the after sales activities.
• Participate in the business development through proposals of commercial actions and by monitoring the business performance indicators.

• Bachelor’s degree preferably with a fashion/linguistic focus.
• At least 5 years of experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end fashion company. An international background is a plus.
  
• Fluency in Greek and English. Italian or a third language will be considered an advantage.
• Availability, flexibility and dynamism to function in a high-pace environment.

Skills:

• Excellent selling skills, willingness to achieve and exceed targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
• Determined to be part of an innovative retail project, for which passion and motivation for selling are required together with a strong aesthetic sense.
