Role Purpose
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing long-term
relationships with our most important clients. Your primary goal will be to
maximize sales opportunities and ensure client satisfaction by understanding
their business needs and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a
strategic thinker with a strong sales background and excellent communication
skills.
Key Accountabilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing
their needs and inquiries.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts to ensure long-term success. Responding to customer needs with the aim
of creating and strengthening trust relationships.
- Maintain regular contact and ensure quality customer service with
the aim of long-term cooperation with the company.
- Develop and implement the B2B sales plan in the wholesale and hotel
industry, in accordance with the company's business strategy.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed
sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within
existing accounts.
- Plan and implement the monthly visit program to existing and new
customers with the aim of achieving sales based on targets.
- Implement commercial policy and negotiate the terms of cooperation.
Ensure compliance with customer agreements to achieve targets.
- Prepare and manage offers with the aim of immediately converting
them into orders and facilitating their after-sales service.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to
clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with
client needs.
- Prepare and present accurate and realistic reports for the region
of responsibility, with sales forecasts, reporting data, and improvement
actions.
- Research the market with the aim of developing and expanding the
customer base in areas of responsibility.
- Monitor the broader market and competition and inform with relevant
reports. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform account
strategy.
- Participate in special projects, such as pilot applications, market
research, and sales processes.
