- Maximum of 8 working hours per day.

The Role:
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering personalized recommendations and creating an inviting atmosphere at the bar.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and bar supplies, promptly replenishing stock as needed to meet guest demands.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to coordinate food and beverage service, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Stay updated on current beverage trends and attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, processing payments and maintaining a balanced till at the end of each shift.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of excellence in hospitality, consistently exceeding guest expectations and contributing to a positive reputation.

- Previous experience working as a bartender in a luxury hotel or high-end establishment preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, and other beverages, with the ability to recommend and create innovative drink recipes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
