Your main accountabilities
- Welcome guests and assist them on their requests in a polite manner
- Focus on great guests’ experience and exceptional customer service
- Respond to complaints and find appropriate and personalized solutions in a timely manner
- Be aware of the resort’s premises and the wider area as to provide information/suggestions about
activities and local features such as transportation, dining, nightlife and excursions
- Arrange events, excursions, transportation upon request
