DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet guests professionally upon arrival at the beach/Beach Club.
- Escort guests to sunbeds/cabanas/VIP areas and ensure immediate comfort.
- Explain beach facilities, services, and daily offerings with confidence.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, waiting lists, and VIP priorities accurately.
- Maintain an updated seating/zone plan and communicate changes to the team.
- Handle special requests (preferred spots, celebrations, accessibility needs).
- Liaise with beach attendants, waiters, bartenders, and lifeguards to ensure flawless service timing.
- Share guest preferences, allergy info, and VIP profiles with relevant departments.
- Monitor guest flow to avoid delays and overcrowding.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service suggestions.
- Address complaints politely and efficiently, escalating when needed.
- Capture feedback and report trends to the Beach Manager.
- Check daily readiness of the beach area (alignment, cleanliness, amenities, towels, welcome setup).
- Ensure brand rules are respected (noise levels, smoking zones, dress code, privacy).
- Support upselling of premium seating, experiences, and beach packages.
- Follow all Sandblu SOPs, hygiene rules, and safety procedures.
- Stay alert to beach risks and coordinate with lifeguards in incidents.
- Keep the host stand and guest-facing areas tidy and professional.
