The Role
We are seeking to recruit for season 2026 (May -October).
Our House of Healing Spa Attendant is an extremely valuable member of our team, since he or she will
be the first official presence and contact between The House of Healing and our
guests.
He or she needs to become an extension of our vision, to be
able to understand our ethics, policies & principles, to seize them and
apply them within their everyday life.
To be willing to represent The Rooster as our team member
while on site yet also towards the outside world, so we can rise together and
be willing to provide a home away from home.

need to be able to deliver our one of a kind services and offerings based on
accountability and extreme professionalism.
To be successful in this role you will have:
The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the
highest level of cleanliness, organization, and guest service within the spa
facilities. This role ensures a welcoming, relaxing, and safe environment for
all guests while supporting daily spa operations and assisting therapists and
reception staff as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with lockers,
amenities, and general spa orientation.
- Prepare and serve welcome drinks, offer water to guests,
and ensure all refreshment stations are fully stocked.
- Prepare tea for guests according to spa standards.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms before, during, and
after services.
- Ensure all spa areas—including relaxation lounges,
changing rooms, showers, saunas, and steam rooms—are clean, tidy, and fully
stocked at all times.
- Replenish towels, robes, linens, and guest amenities
according to standards.
- Follow strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Assist therapists with setup and breakdown of treatment
spaces and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment
needs to the Spa Manager.
- Collect and deliver the spa staff meal from the hotel’s
designated staff dining distribution point and bring it to the spa department.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or
irregularities immediately.
- Uphold all spa policies, protocols, and brand service
standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, or
housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain
cleanliness and organization.
- Professional, positive, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced
environment.
- Basic knowledge of spa facilities and wellness practices
is an advantage.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift light-to-moderate
items for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in warm/humid spa environments (steam
room, sauna).
