ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a well-known retail company in the fashion industry, leader in their sector, is looking for an ERP Specialist capable to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot their rapidly expanding infrastructure.
ERP Specialist (5172/ERPS/ESS/GR)
The ERP Specialist reports to the CIO. This technical and analytical role will be responsible for supporting the company’s operations and business growth through the definition, customization, and implementation of business systems.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and workflow problems and recommend solutions
- Design, customize and develop new applications to meet the company’s changing needs
- Create and maintain system and user documentation
- Provide support to users by answering questions about how to use the system and troubleshoot issues that arise
- Train users in related systems and modules
- Create reports based on data compiled from the system
- Support the implementation of new software by working with other departments
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure that they meet their contractual obligations
- Support other business system projects as assigned or as the situation dictates
