Business Analyst

Job Description

• Gain knowledge of relevant business domains and understand user objectives.
• Align software applications with user needs and business goals.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure feasibility and efficiency.
• Identify and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create and maintain a prioritized backlog of features, enhancements, and defects.
• Prepare Functional Specifications and wireframes for customer approval.
• Participate in Sprint Planning meetings, providing clarifications and setting priorities.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings to ensure alignment between requirements and delivered features.
• Conduct regular meetings with the implementation team to estimate upcoming scope.
• Support the creation and updating of project documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Computer •  Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in IT roles post-graduation.
• 0–3 years of experience with business analysis tools, modeling tools, and project methodologies.
• 0–3 years of experience in the banking industry (preferred).
• Basic understanding of software application principles and user experience concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to synthesize and communicate information clearly.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with BRDs and FSDs.
• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, teamwork, ownership, and accountability.
• Completion of military obligations (if applicable).
