Mandoulides Schools is seeking candidates for the role of IT Assistant.

• Configuration and supporting Laptop/Desktop workstations, Windows 10 OS, MS Office 365 applications, common applications like Chrome, Firefox, Adobe reader, MS Teams
• Providing remote and local 1st line user support
• Resolve user requests promptly and accurately
• Actively monitoring services
• Providing status reports, creating and keeping adequate documentation for follow ups
• Undertaking cases until their resolution or escalating appropriately
• Executing market research for IT products and services

• A Technical Institute or higher education degree in Information Technology/Engineering field
• At least 3 years’ experience in:

1. IT Systems and Users Support
2. Windows workstations installation, update and configuration in a network environment (Windows 10, Applications, User profiles, TCP/IP)
3. User account and email administration (Active Directory, MS Office 365)
4. Security related technologies (AV, Firewalls, Web filtering)
   

• Ability to work in an environment requiring tenacity and problem solving
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Greek and English
• Ability to work in a regulated environment following specific rules and procedures
• Ability to work onsite in premises and remotely from home depending on the company needs and COVID-19 possible restrictions. In case of remotely work, a minimum VDSL 50/5 Internet connection is required.

• IT certifications on products and technologies used by the company
• Experience in Windows servers installation and configuration
• Experience in Hyper-V
• Knowledge of PowerShell coding language for scripting
• Experience in current telecommunication technologies (VOIP)
