ICAP Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of its client, a leading and well-established organization, in Cyprus, based in Limassol is seeking to hire an Office Manager/Personal Assistant.

Office Manager/Personal Assistant (Ref. code 4825/OM/RS/CY)

Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the office
  • Acting as the first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing calendars and organizing meeting and appointments on behalf of the CEO
  • Typing, filing and preparing correspondence
  • Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Diploma or BSc in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or any other relevant field
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, trustworthy and reliable
  • Organized with the ability to multi task and work independently and autonomously
  • Fluency in both Greek and English
  • PC Literate
