Preparation Agent/Driver

• Deliver and collect vehicles from customers’ location and executive the relevant rental process
• Inspect the vehicles and ensure company's standards with regards to safety and quality
• Draw up the vehicle condition report at check-in/out time
• Check mileage and inspect for damage when vehicles are returned
• Mark and put aside, in Specific areas, damaged cars and those flagged to sell
• Preserve the workplace tidiness and contribute to the positive image of the station
• Deal with customer enquiries about the availability and cost of vehicle.
• Complete the booking process (paperwork and payments) and explain the terms of rental or leasing agreement

Requirements:

• Customer service orientation.
• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a relevant position.
• Bachelor’s degree will be considered an asset.
• Excellent use of MS Office Suite
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Commitment to continuous personal development
• Driving license required
• Military obligations fulfilled (for male applicants).
