Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Supervising Engineer/Western Greece (6213/MSE/ESS/GR)
Role Profile
The role is responsible for supervising the maintenance and operational readiness of Electrical & Mechanical systems within a complex technical environment. It combines field supervision, coordination of technical teams, and oversight of maintenance activities to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient system performance in a 24/7 operational setting. The position also involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and management to support operational continuity and service quality.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities of Electrical & Mechanical (E/M) systems within the assigned area, ensuring safe, reliable, and continuous operation of critical infrastructure
- Lead and support field technical teams and shift personnel working in a 24/7 operational environment
- Plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance activities in line with operational procedures, technical standards, and Health & Safety requirements
- Oversee installation, upgrade, and commissioning works, ensuring technical compliance and quality of execution
- Manage subcontractor activities and evaluate performance against defined KPIs and service agreements
- Monitor and control operational budgets and resource allocation for the assigned area
- Prepare structured reports and provide feedback to senior management on system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental standards and actively contribute to a strong safety culture
- Coordinate workforce planning, shift schedules, and leave management to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Support emergency response procedures and participate in incident and crisis management activities when required
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external technical partners during operational events or planned interventions
