We , at Panormos Village hotel , are currently seeking a friendly and professional Reception Staff member to join our team at a 4* hotel. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a knack for providing exceptional customer service, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Handling reservations, inquiries, and requests
• Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Assisting with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and managing emails

Requirements:

-Previous experience in a similar role 

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

-Proficiency in using hotel management software prefferably Pylon and Webhotelier

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
