IT Business Analysts (Junior level to Senior level)

Job Description
• Collaborate with business users to clearly understand and capture their needs
• Analyze, document, and clearly communicate business requirements
• Work closely with both the client and our team to formulate the determine best technological solution
• Translate the business requirements into functional specifications that enable the implementation
• Define acceptance criteria and prepare the appropriate testing scenarios
• Implement data collection procedures and turn data into valuable information
• Interpret data using specific methods and technologies
• Create reports on patterns and trends identified in data sets
• Produce reports on solution development and implementation
• Provide support across the full project lifecycle, from requirement analysis to solution implementation

Candidate Profile
• Proven professional experience in data/ management analysis roles or relevant
• Bachelor and/or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology Systems, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other related field with quantitative focus
• Proven experience in data analysis/management using SQL and/or PL-SQL
• Knowledge of at least one data visualization tool (e.g. PowerBI, QlikSense) would be an advantage
• Experience in object-oriented programming and software engineering (e.g. C#, .NET, Java) would be an asset
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to conceptualize and effectively communicate outcomes of business analysis both in writing and verbally
• Advanced business writing skills both in Greek and English language
• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple complex tasks under tight deadlines
• Ability to interact with teams and client stakeholders at all hierarchical levels
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Strong attention to detail with a logical and methodical approach
• Working experience either in banking sector, or in a solution provider/advisory environment engaged with banking projects implementation would be an advantage
