Procurement Specialist , is responsible for material requirements planning and material availability.
Job Description : Main responsibilities
- Prepare and submit orders to suppliers
- Monitoring all open purchase orders
- Work with the inventory management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned purchase orders and report any back-ordered or missing products
- Budget the stock value and maintain it
- Optimize the stock level, classify it and make sure that the stock value meets the needed availability for the clients
- Forecast the trends in product consumption to provide the needed number of stocks and its turnover
- Products evaluation to make sure that all materials are of high quality standard
- Work with the inventory management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned purchase orders and report any back-ordered or missing products
- Assist Management with maintaining proper inventory levels of materials used on a regular basis other projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance.
- Statistics or Logistics
- Excellent skilled on computers, excellent knowledge on MS Office and SAP system
- Languages: Fluent in English.
- Ability to work well with a team
