Υπεύθυνος Καταστήματος Εστίασης a la cart ξενοδοχείου

Blue Carpet Luxury Suites is a hotel based in Pefkohori village of Halkidiki and now is currently seeking to recruit for the upcoming season of 2020 a professional, for the position of  Restaurant Manager.

Main Duties:

• Ensure that clients have been serviced and maintained to the standards laid down by the Company.
• Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel departments.
• Perfect respect and cooperation with the Chef.
• Relevant experience in a restaurant/bar, ideally within a hotel environment
• Handle all guest requests and enquiries in the restaurant area
• Establish a rapport with guests maintaining excellent customer relationships
• Enthusiasm, openness and a self-motivated personality eager to learn, develop and be part of a continuously growing team
• Ensure that all restaurant areas are clean and tidy at all times.
• Degree/Diploma in tourism management/hotel management would be also highly appreciated
  

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Restaurant Manager
• Fluency in both English and Greek
