Role Description
We are looking for an Experience Manager for the next
season.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sérifos for an Experience Manager.
The Experience Manager will focus on curating exceptional experiences
for guests by overseeing customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and
maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities include
improving customer journeys, addressing guest needs, coordinating activities,
and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a
remarkable stay.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service
skills, with the ability to understand and exceed guest expectations for all
properties of the mother company
- Proven expertise in enhancing Customer
Experience and delivering personalized services
- Advanced Analytical Skills to
assess guest feedback, identify trends, and implement improvements
- Project
Management skills for coordinating activities and ensuring efficient execution
of guest services
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Experience in
hospitality or luxury service industries is highly preferred
- Excellent
problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in dynamic situations
