Περιγραφή

Inter Cars is the biggest importer and distributor of automotive spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles in the Middle and Eastern Europe. The Company's product range also includes lubricants/chemicals, tires, motorcycle spare parts, workshop equipment, tuning parts and accessories.

Inter Cars Greece is looking for an Area Sales Manager for Attica Region:

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop sales & market share in his/her current area of responsibility to guarantee delivery of sales and company objectives via the Branch network of his/her responsibility
  • Implementation of sales and marketing strategies in the area of responsibility
  • Ensuring the optimum level of service for the branches under his/her responsibility
  • Implementation of sales and marketing strategies in the area of responsibility
  • Follows and implements commercial agreements according to company policies
  • Constantly explores new commercial and promotional opportunities
  • Delivers outstanding quality to branch operations, consulting services to Branch managers according to Company’s policies, and sales strategies
  • Manage day-to-day relations with assigned branches
  • Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual market share, sales, profit, availability and visibility targets in the area

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Requirements of qualified candidate:

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing or management studies in relevant field will be considered as plus
  • At least 2 years working experience as sales supervisor and/or area sales manager , in the automotive aftermarket.
  • Good knowledge of online spare parts catalogues, like Tec-doc, and e-commerce catalogues for B2B.
  • Very good knowledge of English language
  • Advanced level of MS office
  • Participate in trainings based on the aftermarket spare part industry & sales techniques to independent workshops will be considered a plus.
  • Valid driving license
