ManpowerGroup, on behalf of a client within a leading multinational telecommunications company, is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join their team in Athens.
Job Location: Athens, Greece
The Supply Chain Specialist plays a key role in supporting demand planning, logistics coordination, and overall supply chain operations. The position contributes to ensuring smooth product flow, accurate forecasting, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Forecasting: Align with customers and internal marketing team to output future demand forecast.
- Equipment Supply Management: Handle purchase orders, manage down-payments, monitor production progress, and track logistics.
- Logistics Management (International transportation and local dispatch): Follow up shipment schedule, arrival delivery tracking, customs clearance and appointment with customers to delivery.
- Warehouse Management: Monitor and optimize inventory levels, improving inventory turnover (ITO).
- Revenue & Billing Invoice: Support project revenue tracking and invoice issuance to customers.
- Customer Satisfaction: Identify customer needs and pain points, ensuring timely issue resolution and improved service experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Basic knowledge of international trade.
- Major/background of Supply Chain or Logistics is preferred.
- Work experience in Supply Chain or Logistics domain is preferred.
- EXCEL Skill (able to use Pivot table and VLOOKUP tools to analyze data.）
- Fluency in English and Greek (both required).
- Knowledge of Chinese will be considered a strong asset.
