Περιγραφή

ESET Hellas is looking for an Enterprise Sales Account Manager for Greece based in Athens.

The Enterprise Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and generating sales of ESET enterprise cyber security solutions. The role requires an individual with enterprise IT client facing sales focus and experience. The successful Enterprise Account Manager will be skilled in prospecting and qualifying enterprise customers (B2B), opportunity pipeline development and partner and lead management. This is a quota driven sales position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts prospecting, lead generation & qualification, pipeline development, quoting, and order management & facilitation.
  • Achieves or exceed quarterly monitored, annual sales revenue targets.
  • Recruits and manages enterprise end customers, to successfully promote ESET's enterprise cyber security software solutions.
  • Conducts frequent customer visits, as well as regular sales calls with both customer and resellers, to ensure timely closure of business.
  • Manages enterprise client relationships at executive or senior management (CxO) level.
  • Works together with the Inside Sales and the Marketing teams to successfully generate new business and software renewal sales leads.
  • Supports and utilizes the company’s reseller channel for successfully driving indirect sales.
  • Represents the company at local and/or regional trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Has regular internal business reviews with weekly forecasting mandate.
  • Tracks all lead and opportunity activity within pipeline and manages reporting using CRM.
  • Maintains clean and updated end-user and reseller account information in CRM.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree in an IT, Telecom or other related subject.
  • Three (3) years or more prior sales experience, with clear direct customer engagement and channel management involvement, under an annual sales quota.
  • Ability to liaise with and manage partners, for sell-through and sell-with activities, preferably within the software or IT cyber security industry.
  • Excellent planning, presentation and business communication skills.
  • Works interdependently, with little supervision for most assignments.
  • Demonstrates good knowledge of the cyber security solutions market.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Greek and English language.
  • Driver’s license.
  • Completed military obligations (for male candidates).
