Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Resolve routine customer issues while ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication
- Record and update customer interactions in the relevant systems
- Follow company procedures, communication guidelines, and service standards
- Meet individual and team performance targets
Requirements
- Native or near-native level of Maltese (required)
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or customer support roles will be considered an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude
