HR Generalist

lmw is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist on behalf of its client, a leading global management consulting firm.

Responsibilities:

• Plan onboarding and offboarding strategies and perform new employees’ orientation to deliver an exceptional early experience
• Organize hard and soft copies of employee records
• Use HR Software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, PTOs, role changes, flex programs
• Maintain benefit records and prepare reports related to performance evaluations
• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies, as well as undertake tasks regarding performance management
• Monitor and implement company’s policies and procedures, as well as Risk Management
• Manage mobility process and process immigration requests
• Provide training regarding company’s standard tools (e.g., Excel, Power Point, Slack, Zoom)
• Create employee engagement plans by providing learning opportunities and initiating activities
• Enrich local learning offerings by joining forces with EU offices’ programs
• Collaborate with upper management and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
• Perform other duties as assigned

• BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant degree
• Proven work experience of 3+ years as HR Generalist in a competitive working environment
• Hands-on experience with various HR Systems (e.g. People Central, ERGANI and other)
• Solid understanding of HR practices and local labor legislation
• Fluent English Language skills
