lmw is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist on behalf of its client, a leading global management consulting firm.
Responsibilities:
- Plan onboarding and offboarding strategies and perform new employees’ orientation to deliver an exceptional early experience
- Organize hard and soft copies of employee records
- Use HR Software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, PTOs, role changes, flex programs
- Maintain benefit records and prepare reports related to performance evaluations
- Assist in development and implementation of HR policies, as well as undertake tasks regarding performance management
- Monitor and implement company’s policies and procedures, as well as Risk Management
- Manage mobility process and process immigration requests
- Provide training regarding company’s standard tools (e.g., Excel, Power Point, Slack, Zoom)
- Create employee engagement plans by providing learning opportunities and initiating activities
- Enrich local learning offerings by joining forces with EU offices’ programs
- Collaborate with upper management and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
- Perform other duties as assigned
