Our Account Managers are the key points of contact for our customers and embody our mission to improve the world of construction, becoming strategic partners for productivity, safety, and sustainability.

This is not a traditional sales role, but a journey that will allow you to challenge yourself, grow, and make a real impact.

What you ‘ll do:

  • As an Account Manager, you won’t just sell, you’ll develop new business opportunities, manage processes and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Every day will be a new challenge: you’ll be on construction sites, in offices, companies, or production plants, always at the heart of the action!
  • You’ll present our most innovative products, showcase our cutting-edge software and offer unique, customized services and solutions.
  • You’ll build trust-based relationships with customers, helping them find the best Hilti solutions for their business.
  • You’ll work in the field, testing yourself in a dynamic, challenging, and ever-evolving environment.
  • At Hilti, you’ll have the same autonomy as running a small business, but you’ll never be alone!

What you ‘ll bring:

  • A university degree, ideally in engineering or economics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 1-2 years of experience or a strong interest in sales
  • The ability to set clear goals and the drive to achieve them
  • Proactivity, ambition, and genuine enthusiasm
  • A good command of English
  • A valid driver’s license
