ROLE OVERVIEW: The Retail Sales Associate (Luxury)
delivers a refined, elegant, and personalized shopping experience that reflects
the high standards of Sandblu Hotel. They represent prestigious luxury brands
with professionalism and style, ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless and
memorable boutique visit.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver impeccable customer service that enhances
sales and fosters long-term guest relationships
- Welcome guests warmly, offer personalized guidance,
and provide tailored product recommendations
- Present luxury products confidently, using
storytelling to highlight quality of materials, brand heritage, and unique
features
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, or requests with
discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving ability
- Ensure merchandise is replenished, organized, and
visually presented according to luxury brand standards
- Receive deliveries, manage stock handling, and
maintain an organized storage area
- Operate the cash register, process payments smoothly,
and follow refund and transaction procedures
- Contribute actively to achieving boutique sales
targets and key performance goals
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, tidiness, and a
luxurious ambiance throughout the boutique
- Stay updated on product knowledge, new collections,
brand developments, and market trends
- Apply all company policies, procedures, and service
standards consistently
- Uphold all safety, hygiene, and operational standards
at all times
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Retail
management
