This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support representative. The Customer Support representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email and phone, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also need to have strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers

- Experience in web development or related field is a plus
