Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a pioneer supplier of specialty ingredients, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

HR Generalist

Job Description

  • Collaborates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Manages the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers
  • Conducts new employee orientations and facilitates a smooth onboarding process
  • Serves as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing their HR-related questions and concerns
  • Mediates and resolves workplace conflicts and issues, promoting a harmonious work environment
  • Develops and implements HR policies and procedures, communicating changes to employees as needed
  • Maintains accurate employee records and documentation
  • Administers employee benefits programs, for example, health insurance
  • Assists employees with benefits-related inquiries and helps resolve issues
  • Collaborates with benefits providers to ensure smooth enrollment and administration
  • Coordinates and facilitates training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Supports career development initiatives and mentorship programs
  • Assists in the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees
  • Compiles and analyzes HR data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • BSc in HRM, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Minimum two (2) years of prior experience in a similar position
  • Understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
  • Fluency in English language
