The ideal Candidate should:
- Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and call - handling quotas
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements:
- Fluency both in Dutch and English language
- Customer service experience will be considered as a plus
- Strong focus on customer needs
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
- Strong written skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target - driven environment
- Knowledge of MS office tools and Excel
- Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking, and passionately communicative
