Key Responsibilities:
E-Shop Management:
- Manage and update our online store, ensuring all product listings are accurate and visually appealing.
- Oversee inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize the online shopping experience.
- Implement strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and special offers.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Create compelling and shareable content tailored to our target audience.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with followers.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our online presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management and social media marketing.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Square space,WooCommerce) and social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with an eye for design and detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising is a plus.
