Business Development Manager 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a network of architects, designers, contractors, dealers, and key industry stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and project leads across Greece.
• Manage and grow strategic accounts while building long-term customer relationships.
• Promote the company's products and solutions to architectural, commercial, residential, and construction projects.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and achievement of commercial objectives.
• Travel extensively throughout Greece (approximately 50% of the month).

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Project Sales, or a similar commercial role.
• Previous experience within the building materials, architectural products, ceramics, tiles, construction, or related industries will be considered a strong asset.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Greece.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
