Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
- Monitor and follow up on daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Accurately input client inquiries and supplier quotations into the software system.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement of goods and services.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely communication and task completion.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other formal documents.
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to management and project teams.
