📍 Location: Athens
📄 Contract: Permanent, full-time position
⏰ Working hours: Shift rotation
⚙️ The Role
As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless and high-quality user experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Support customers via live chat, phone, email, and social media
- Handle inquiries related to accounts, payments, login, verification, and betting options
- Resolve issues (e.g. payment errors, access issues) efficiently and professionally
- Manage complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Record and track customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
- Contribute to improving customer experience through feedback to Product teams
🔍 What we are looking for
- High School Diploma or University Degree
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Previous experience in a similar role or call center will be considered an asset
- Computer literacy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in shifts
