Our Kumanovo facility operates a precast concrete sleeper production line, serving railway infrastructure projects across the Balkans. It is a focused, specialized operation — and we are looking for the right person to run it with full ownership and a hands-on approach.
About the Role
We are looking for a Production Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our Kumanovo facility, in North Macedonia. This is a focused, specialized operation — and the role reflects that: close to the process, close to the people, and directly accountable for results.
You will have daily presence on the production floor, combining operational management with active technical involvement. The role reports directly to ARMOS Group Management in Greece.
This position is open to Greek engineers willing to relocate to Kumanovo. A full package of benefits is provided to support your life on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of the precast sleeper production line and overall facility operations
- Daily presence on the production floor — hands-on oversight of the production process, equipment and team
- Planning and scheduling production output in line with project requirements and delivery timelines
- Leading and developing the local production team — fostering a culture of quality, safety and accountability
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, technical specifications and ARMOS production procedures
- Enforcing health, safety and environmental protocols across all plant operations
- Coordinating with the Technical, Quality and Maintenance functions — both locally and within the Group
- Managing plant resources — personnel, machinery, raw materials and consumables
- Monitoring production data, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions
- Reporting regularly to Management on production performance, operational challenges and improvement initiatives
